October 2017 PowerSheets Goals

October 2017 Goals | Fearfully Fashioned -- Each month I share my intentional, good goals that I've created with my PowerSheets. This month I'm taking you behind the scenes of my business. See how I'm fashioning my life this month. Click to read now…

October is arguably one of my favorite months of the year. Pumpkin spice lattes are back in full swing, the leaves are beginning to change, the air is feeling crisper, and most importantly, it’s my birthday month! My birthday (October 11) reminds me that the holidays are near and the year is coming to an end.

Now that we are in the last quarter of the year, I’m in the process of making some huge transitions. Transitions that require a lot of faith, boldness, and courage. God is bringing me into a new season that requires me to trust Him like never before. I am preparing a way to allow Him to move and show His power and faithfulness to me, and my PowerSheets for this month reflect exactly that. Last month I switched it up by sharing my business PowerSheets, and this month I’m shaking it up even more by sharing a mix of my business and personal PowerSheets goals.

October Goals

Monthly Goals:

1) Celebrate my birthday with intention and reflection

I can’t believe that I’ll be 24 this month! So much has happened over the course of the year. The Lord has grown me and stretched me in ways that I never knew were possible. Last year around this time He put the word flourish on my heart, and ever since then, He has been growing and preparing me to do just that. I’ll be leaning into that word wholeheartedly in the next month as I fully embrace what He is calling me to do. I can’t wait to see how He continues to flourish me in year 24.

2) Fall date night with Justin

This time of the year is my absolute favorite! I’m from Ohio, so I grew up going to harvest fests and fairs during this time of year. Although my boyfriend doesn’t really care for all of the fall/holiday festivities, I will be dragging (I mean taking) him along for the ride.

3) Finish Baby Step 1

I’ve been reading Dave Ramsey’s Total Money Makeover for the past month. For the most part, I’ve always been good at stewarding my finances well, but the Lord has been calling me to a higher level of stewardship. Baby step 1 is all about building an emergency fund. I plan on refunding mine this month, so I can make my way onto to Baby Step 2.

4) Refresh the curriculum for the Fashion Your Life Group Coaching Program

I plan on relaunching the Fashion Your Life Group Coaching Program at the top of the year, so I have a lot of work to do before then. This month I’m refreshing the curriculum and content for the 6-week program. I’m hoping to finish this goal early so I can start recording the video trainings. 5) Send out my annual survey

I always want to make sure that I’m serving you girls the best way that I can, so each year I send out a survey to get your feedback. I want to make sure that I’m constantly elevating your experience, so if you’re not signed up already, click here to be notified when the survey comes out.

6) Prayerfully plan out 2018

2018 is going to be a big year for me business wise. I’ll share more details when the time comes, but it’s going to be a lot of me diving into unfamiliar waters. I’m gearing up where I can, but it’s really going to require me to discipline and stretch myself like never before. I have many ideas that I would love to work on in the New Year, but ultimately I want to make sure that those ideas are aligned with God’s vision and plan for Fearfully Fashioned. I’m in the process of reading 5 different books (yes I said 5) to prepare me to plan well.
